Like most of you know already, we're working together with local farms for our food. Each week we yield our own vegetables. đ
Our goal is to shorten the chain by having our veggies directly from the farm, have more organic food and to invest in the local community. đ
We've set a new goal for Pois Chiche; to be at least 90% bio by the end of 2021. This will not be easy since we do not want our prices to go up. But where there's a will, there's a way.
